Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified research customer (laboratory, researcher, academic institution, biotech company, contract research organization, or similar) to purchase from PEPTEXS.

By placing an order, you represent that the products will be used exclusively for in-vitro research, analytical, or laboratory purposes, and not for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, dosing, or any therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use.

Product Labeling

All products are labeled "For Research Use Only. Not for Human or Veterinary Use." By purchasing, you accept this labeling and agree to abide by it.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that indicate an intent to use products outside of qualified research purposes.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed.

Payment

Payment is processed through our designated payment processor. Placing an order does not guarantee payment has been collected — see your order confirmation for details on how payment will be finalized.

Shipping and Title

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. See our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines.

No Warranty for Prohibited Use

PEPTEXS makes no representation or warranty regarding the safety or suitability of its products for any use outside of qualified in-vitro research and analytical purposes. Any use outside of this scope is at the sole risk of the purchaser and voids any and all warranties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEPTEXS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
