Refund & Returns Policy

This policy explains when a refund or replacement is available for orders placed on peptexs.com.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrectly shipped, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Human-Use Cancellation Rule

If, before an order ships, we determine that a purchase is intended for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, dosing, or any therapeutic, clinical, or diagnostic use, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full, and the product will not ship.

How to Request a Refund

Email research@peptexs.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days.
